ABOUT CLAIRE

Claire Adams looks directly at camera. She has shoulder-length wavy dark hair, and is wearing glasses, a red long-sleeved shirt, and camouflage pants, sitting against a dark green background.

Born and raised in California, Claire graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a minor in Art History. After moving to New York, then relocating to London, she received her MA in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts where she graduated with Distinction.

Notable US productions include INTO THE WOODS (Hollywood Bowl), KINKY BOOTS (Gateway Playhouse), VIOLET (Actor's Co-op), FUN HOME (San Diego Playhouse) and INCOGNITO (Rubicon Theatre).

Claire is currently based in London and is enjoying working on many developmental projects including musicals and plays. She is also creating a new play, Make Thick My Blood; an exploration of the cycles and seasons. She has also co-founded a new production company, CKC Productions, focused on developing new works and emerging artists.

Outside of performing, Claire is passionate about fair fashion, low-impact living, and is an avid knitter. In addition, she runs an independent web design studio for storytellers. You can check out a portfolio of her designs at Verse Design Studio.
